I just finished Anatomy of a Spirit by Caroline Myss. OMG, what an awesome book.

It explains where our early memory ideas and beliefs came from and how they need to looked at and changed as we grow older.  Its really about setting ourself free from old ideas and beliefs to become one with spirit and to help us heal so that we can help to heal others.
